SHIPPING
Ooh La La Skin Care offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the continental United States. There are several additional shipping options including flat rate shipping at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any shipping promotion at any time.
Most orders are processed within 24 to 36 hours of receipt, depending on product availability this does not include weekends and major holidays. Orders received on weekends are processed the upcoming Monday providing product availability. Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days using USPS First Class or Priority Mail Service. Additional options, for your shipping convenience, include flat rate, free and UPS shipping. We are confident that one of our options will satisfy your shipping needs. When selecting a shipping option, you will see the carriers’ estimated time for delivery.
Overnight Service and 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO, PO Box destinations, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Most orders shipped through Standard USPS First Class Mail Shipping are processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days, depending on product availability. Such orders are usually delivered within 4-6 business days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, if your packaged is going to a P.O. Box delivery may range from 5-12 business days of the date of shipment.
TWO DAY SHIPPING: Two Day Shipping placed prior to 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. If your product is customized it may not be process until the next day depending upon the size and complexity of your order. If placed after 3:00 Pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on availability. Unfortunately, order to Post Office boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations Canada are not eligible for Two-day shipping.
THIRD PARTY SHIPPING: We gladly accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address if the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement and both addresses are within the United States. Kindly know that Ooh La La Skin Care at our discretion, reserves the right not to process and ship any order.
